Rose Cottage greets you with a spacious hall off which is a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

The hall leads you through into the L-shaped dining Lounge which boasts a beautiful picture window. The stairs leading to two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other consisting of two singles.

The bathroom on this floor has toilet, bath and shower facilities.

At the rear of the cottage is a lawned sitting area great for relaxing in the summer sun.

Just a short 10 minute journey to Alton towers theme Park, a stones throw from the Manifold valley cycle hire centre, Rose cottage offers a superb base for all your activities.

Brook Self Catering Cottage

Brook Cottage in many respects is similar to Rose Cottage providing spacious accommodation with links to the other on the ground floor.

Of course the kitchen is well equipped for your stay. The spacious lounge is warm and welcoming.

Two bedrooms on the first floor comprise of one with double bed and one with two singles.

The use of the gardens and grounds is the same as for Rose Cottage.
